If we decide to work together, we’ll start with weekly sessions tailored to your specific challenges and goals. I work one-on-one over zoom, providing tailored support dedicated to your success in applying the Mind Body Reconnect principles.
As you progress, sessions become less frequent until you feel empowered to continue on your own. My ultimate goal is to help you no longer need me!

I recommend that clients start with the first three sessions weekly, then move to fortnightly, moving to monthly as you gain confidence in using the tools and insights in your daily life, until sessions gaps lengthen and you no longer need me.
One-on-one sessions are held via video conferencing so you can join from anywhere in the world
Sessions last an hour. The first session may be up to 90minutes. If your illness would make this time length difficult, we can adjust the sessions to meet your needs
Most Clients need 8-12 sessions, but some need fewer and some benefit from more
